Delete your account
What is deleted
Your profile, photos, stories, follows, blocks and settings are deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What remains
Messages on the phones of the people you talked to are not deleted. People who wrote to you before will not be able to send you messages. Records the law requires us to keep are kept for the legal period.
If you uninstall MeGroove from your phone, the messages on your device are deleted too.
Details in the Privacy NoticeIf you have a subscription
If you have a Premium subscription, it continues in the store; deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
If you would rather freeze your account than delete it, you can do that in the app: Settings → Account → Freeze account.
